this place has views. it is the best location for scenery. our room was spacious and clean. the bed was very comfortable. we had a cot for our daughter that we appreciated.
the shuttle driver wasn't helpful. he sped off while we secured the baby in his car seat. he didn't want us putting the stroller on the bus.

The hotel offered a free shuttle bus to town (very convenient for exploring). the food was delicious. I especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast. the rooftop bar provided lovely views of the bay of naples and vesuvius.

the hotel has lovely views of the bay and vesuvius. lovely gardens and pool area include many sun loungers. the rooftop bar is a plus! the breakfast choice was AMAZING!!!
the air conditioning only cools, not heats, so the room felt chilly at times.

The breakfast buffet has a wide selection of fresh food. for evening dinner, waiter service is available both inside and outside the restaurant. Sitting outside gives a view over the town and vesuvius.

The staff are very friendly, professional, and helpful. a courtesy bus runs to and from the town hourly. This makes access very convenient. special thanks to luigi and other staff for a wonderful time!!!

the restaurant staff were wonderful they were nice to us. dinner each night was special with that very nice view. the bar staff also were nice and attentive every night
the hotel is old fashioned it hasn't changed in the slightest. i found the beds slightly hard that's personal preference. the bathroom floor gets a soaking every time you shower
