amazing views helpful staff convenient shuttle
the views overlooking the bay were amazing. i liked seeing vesuvius every morning, a very nice sight. the staff was super helpful, especially when i needed directions to nearby attractions. the shuttle to town was such a plus!
The walls seemed a bit thin. I heard hallway noise easily. it wasn't a huge deal, but worth noting.

very nice view hourly shuttle delicious food friendly staff
the views overlooking the bay were very nice i appreciated the hourly shuttle service to the town center it was always available and very convenient the breakfast buffet offered a great variety and i found delicious food the staff were really friendly and helpful. i felt genuinely welcomed throughout my stay.

this place has views. it is the best location for scenery. our room was spacious and clean. the bed was very comfortable. we had a cot for our daughter that we appreciated.
the shuttle driver wasn't helpful. he sped off while we secured the baby in his car seat. he didn't want us putting the stroller on the bus.

The hotel offered a free shuttle bus to town (very convenient for exploring). the food was delicious. I especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast. the rooftop bar provided lovely views of the bay of naples and vesuvius.

the hotel has lovely views of the bay and vesuvius. lovely gardens and pool area include many sun loungers. the rooftop bar is a plus! the breakfast choice was AMAZING!!!
the air conditioning only cools, not heats, so the room felt chilly at times.

the restaurant staff were wonderful they were nice to us. dinner each night was special with that very nice view. the bar staff also were nice and attentive every night
the hotel is old fashioned it hasn't changed in the slightest. i found the beds slightly hard that's personal preference. the bathroom floor gets a soaking every time you shower
